1. Pay a minimum of 50% of the booking value according to the total amount you must pay when receiving a confirmation email or message from the HOMESTAY's reservation/reception department.
2. Pay 100% of the booking value according to the total amount you must pay when receiving a confirmation email or message from the HOMESTAY reservation/reception department (for bookings that apply promotions - discounts - from travel partners)

Note:

• Booking is confirmed when you complete the deposit for Homestay.
• Room price does not include VAT

CANCELLATION POLICY

• HOMESTAY will not refund the booking fee for any reason, after you have read and transferred the booking fee, HOMESTAY considers you have agreed to the terms stated.
• HOMESTAY will reserve your booking fee within 6 months from the time of booking. You can reschedule, transfer the schedule for free to a new schedule, to friends, relatives or acquaintances and please contact the HOMESTAY reception to check the room status at the new schedule.
• You will use all the reserved amount for the room & service fee (if any) in the new booking, the remaining amount from the reserved amount will not be refunded to you if you do not use it all.
• The reserved benefit can only be used once.

QUIET TIME

• Guests are required to keep quiet from 22:00 to 06:00.

PET & SMOKING POLICY

• Pets and smoking are not allowed in the room. Smoking is not allowed in the common space.
